Since December 2024, Startime has been entrusted with the execution of the cultural and recreational services contract for the Khafji Joint Operations, delivering a comprehensive model for managing national and social events; the contract encompassed a wide array of activities celebrating key Saudi and Kuwaiti occasions, including Saudi National Day, Founding Day, Kuwait Liberation Day, and Eid al-Adha; among the highlights was the KJO Spring Camp, a two-month cultural and entertainment experience that blended creativity with precision, offering inclusive programming for all age groups—from children to senior staff; these events fostered a vibrant community spirit and significantly enhanced employee satisfaction across the organization.

Our services extended far beyond event management at KJO, evolving into a full-fledged tourism program for employees and their families; the initiative featured curated trips to Riyadh Season, Umrah, luxury cruises, and international destinations such as London and Istanbul; the company also launched the Summer Beach Program, introducing a refreshing leisure dimension that reflected a deep understanding of client needs; and meticulous execution and attention to detail from Startime, the contract was renewed for an additional year—an affirmation of the KJO confidence in our company ability to deliver exceptional services that combine strategic organization with creative vision.
