The National Defense University Graduation Ceremony 2025

In June 2025, Startime played a strategic role in organizing the graduation ceremony of the National Defense University, under the honor of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, at the university’s headquarters in Riyadh. The ceremony marked the culmination of an exceptional academic journey, attended by senior military and civilian leaders in a setting that reflected the university’s prestige and its pivotal role in shaping national leadership; preparations for the event spanned two weeks of meticulous planning and flawless execution, with over 55 supervisors, technicians, and managers working in harmony to deliver a celebration worthy of the university’s reputation and the Ministry of Defense aspirations .

Startime oversaw every detail of the event’s execution, beginning with the design of a grand stage measuring (30m × 9m), elevated and finished with premium carpeting, and anchored by a massive (12×4m) screen showcasing the ceremony’s identity; inside the hall atrium, advanced digital screens were installed—including a curved (3×8m) display—alongside two large outdoor screens to welcome and bid farewell to His Royal Highness; the visual identity was further enhanced through custom-designed entry gates, branded signage, and full black draping of the hall’s walls to create a unified and professional ambiance; A lavender-colored carpet lined the ceremonial pathways to receive the honored guest, in a scene that embodied the Startime signature precision, aesthetic excellence, and organizational mastery.
